Tot Hill Farm Golf Club is evolving into a bucket-list golf destination experience, as architect Mike Strantz intended. Restored to the original Strantz design in 2024, Tot Hill Farm features elevation changes, boulders littering the landscape and greens often located on rustic hillsides.

During the restoration, more than 1,200 trees were removed, all greens were converted to Prizm zoysia grass, and the cart path was repaired. Additionally, all bunkers, with the exception of two, received new drainage and sand.

While visually intimidating, the course was designed for golfers of all skill levels. Strantz’s design challenges golfers to make the right decision based on their skill level. The wide fairways allow for some forgiveness on bad shots, but golfers must be in certain spots to gain an advantage on the next shot or approach to the green.

In addition to restoring the course, the farmhouse was converted into a golf shop and lounge area.
